Webinář New European Bauhaus Initiative for Young Architects
The Faculty of Architecture of the Wrocław University of Technology - with the patronage of the the Architects’ Council of Europe- invites you to the opening of the international workshops serie: NEBINAR!, the New European Bauhaus Initiative for Young Architects, promoting the idea of the New European Bauhaus among students and young architects from all over Europe.
The program of the event, hosted by the Wrocław University of Science and Technology and the Architects' Council of Europe, includes inaugural keynote speeches:
- prof. Arkadiusz Wójs- Rector of Wrocław University of Science and Technology
- arch. Ruth Schagemann- President of the Architects' Council of Europe
- prof. Barbara Gronostajska- Dean of the Faculty of Architecture of Wrocław University of Science and Technology
- arch. Anna Kościuk- Chairman of the Council of the Lower Silesian District Chamber of Architects
The inaugural lecture will be delivered by architect Carl Backstrand, from White Architekter - a Swedish design group whose works will be presented this year in the Main Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale - which is one of the highest awards possible for European architects.
After the inaugural lecture, there will be a moderated discussion led by arch. Borys Czarakcziew (Architects' Council of Europe)
